Transparency and accountability make great governance - at a trust level you have a duty to track and collate important information about your governance across all of your boards. Our in-built tools help you to collate this information in the format that you need it so that you can collect this data quickly and easily.

At a board level, you can download a range of useful reports such as training records, attendance tracking, diversity, compliance and Declarations of Interest. Theses are available in a range of formats - Word, PDF or Excel.

The Trust Resources Area

You can also keep an eye on Declarations of Interest across all your boards via the Declarations tab in your trust resources area.

From this tab you can also send reminders to those who need to update them.

From this trust resources area you can also add confirmations for everyone across the trust.

Using the My Hub tab you can also download reports from multiple boards at once, saving you time.

The Trust Admin Database Site

With a full GovernorHub Knowledge subscription your trust admins can access our admin database site. This allows you to have oversight of all of your boards and manage them from one place.

You can download some standard trust wide reports such as Diversity, Vacancies and All Users.

You can also use tags to create your own searches for governors and for boards.
