Download your meeting documents to read on your mobile or device without internet connection.

With GovernorHub Mobile, you can take your documents with you wherever you go. There's no need to worry about remembering to print papers, you'll save money on printing costs and do your bit for sustainability.

Before you continue! If you haven't already - follow our instructions on downloading GovernorHub Mobile to your smart phone or device.

iPhone/iPad

Open GovernorHub Mobile on your iPhone or iPad.
โ€‹N.B. we recommend setting your school noticeboard as the page you open the app on - if this is what you've done you can start at picture 3 below - clicking on 'documents'

  1. Click on the menu icon (circled in red in the first screenshot),

  2. Your sidebar will then appear and allow you to select your school (second screenshot)

  3. Then click on 'documents' (third screenshot).

Next, find the folder of the documents you want to read offline ... click on the downward arrow next to the folder name and select Download:


A window will appear at the bottom of your screen - click 'Save', choose 'Files' and then 'Open In' once the files have all downloaded (do note that this can take a few minutes when there are lots of documents).

We recommend deleting any downloaded files from your device once you have finished with them. To do this, follow the steps below.

Android smartphone/tablet

Open GovernorHub Mobile on your iPhone or iPad;

  1. Click on the menu icon (circled in the screenshot):

  2. Your sidebar will then appear and allow you to select your school,

  3. Then click on 'documents':

  4. Find the folder of the documents you want to read offline ... click on the downward arrow next to the folder name and select Download:

  5. A window will appear at the top of your screen

  6. You will be informed about when downloading is complete (do note that this can take a few minutes when there are lots of documents), tap 'Open':

  7. Tap on the folder and then tap 'extract':

  8. You'll be given the choice to rename the folder, then tap 'extract':

  9. You will then see the downloaded folder within your storage:

We recommend deleting any downloaded files from your device once you have finished with them. To do this, follow the steps below.

Open your internal storage, which may be called My Files (or something similar depending on which Android device you have), you'll see a list of folders like the one below:

Tap on the folder you'd like to delete (our example is FGB 20-09-24):
