Sometimes you might want to make an important file more visible by pinning it to the top of a folder.

To do this, find the document or folder you want to pin (you will need to upload it if you haven't already).

Please note, if a document or folder is locked, only board admins can pin or unpin it.

Click on the three dots to the right-hand side of the document.

From the drop down menu, select Pin to top of folder.

The file or folder will be moved to the top of the folder, under the Pinned items section.

To unpin the item and remove it from this top section, select the three dot menu next to the file and choose Unpin from top of folder.
