Go to the Governing Board tab and select Constitution.

This will show you your Constitution as it currently stands.

Click on the Edit constitution button under the Governing board Constitution section.

This will open up the editing box for the Constitution.

Adding a new member type

To add a new governor category to the Constitution, select the + Add category button.

Choose a category from the drop down list. It's not possible to create custom categories for the Constitution.

This will then autofill the term length and number of posts. You can edit these by clicking into the boxes.

You can also enter a range for the number of posts by clicking the Range option.

Select Save to add this category to the Constitution.

This category will now be added to the Constitution.

Select Done editing to save the changes and return to the Constitution overview.

Editing an existing member type

Click on the three dots to the right-hand side of the member type and select Edit.

Edit the term length or number of posts and select Save.

Click on Done editing when all the changes have been made.
