Viewing vacancies in the Constitution

To view the vacancies in your Constitution, go to the Governing Board tab and then the Constitution tab.

Under the Governing board Constitution section it will let you know how many positions there are in total, as well as how many are filled and how many vacancies you have.

The number of vacancies will show in red.

Filling vacancies in the Constitution

Where there are vacancies, you'll see the Assign members button.

Click on the Assign members button and a new box will appear.

Click the arrow to see the list of governors on the account.

Select the name of the governor who will be added to the Constitution under this appointment.

When a governor is selected, the appointment details will be filled in automatically.

You can edit the appointment dates by clicking into the box or selecting the calendar icon.

If they are already recorded on the Constitution under another governor appointment, you'll be provided with the option to remove the previous appointment, if needed.

Click Save to assign them to the Constitution.

The governor will then be added to the Constitution and the number of vacancies will be updated.

Adding an appointment via the Members tab

You can also assign an appointment via the Members tab rather than the Constitution tab.

To do this, you'll need to:

  • Go to the Governing Board tab

  • Select the Members tab

  • Click the arrow next to the member's name

  • Click + Add an appointment

This will provide you with the appointments available in the Constitution, as well as the number of vacancies for the appointment.

You can then fill in the appointment details and select Add.
