Creating folders

To create a new folder in your board's document section, click on the + Add button in the upper right corner of the documents section and choose Create new folder. Give the new folder a name, and click Create.

Uploading by dragging and dropping files from your computer

You can upload files and folders to your board's documents section by opening the files in a Windows Explorer or Finder window, highlighting the item(s) you want to upload, and dragging and dropping them into GovernorHub.

You upload individual files or multiple files at once (as shown above) and even upload whole folders.

Note: drag and drop uploading may not be available on some older internet browsers. See below for an alternate method of uploading.

Uploading by using the + Add button

You can also upload files to GovernorHub by clicking on the + Add button in the upper right corner of the documents section and choosing Upload a file. You'll then be prompted to locate the file on your computer that you wish to upload.

Uploading entire folders

To upload an entire folder of documents, you can simply use the same drag and drop method as described above.

Note: If your internet browser doesn't support the drag and drop method of uploading documents, you can instead create a .zip file and upload it to GovernorHub, where the contents will then be extracted. To do this, click on the + Add button in the upper right corner of the documents section and choose Upload a folder, then follow the steps to create and upload your zip file.

Upload Limit

Please note there is a 300MB upload limit on any individual file.
