N.B. this feature is only available to board admins.
Sometimes you don't want documents be updated - for example once the minutes of a meeting have been signed off. To do this, an admin can "lock" the file.
Click on the three dots menu to the right-hand side of the document to bring up a menu for the document where you can select, 'Lock'.
Once you've done this, a small padlock icon will appear next to the document
which means only Admins for the group can change or overwrite those documents.
Documents uploaded by Admins automatically start off as "locked" and you can unlock them by going back to the three dots document menu next to the relevant file or folder and selecting 'Unlock'.
