The noticeboard is the central space of your governing board. Usually it'll contain important messages and reminders, link to documents and folders and much more. As a clerk, keeping the governors up to date with the latest training is crucial.

For that reason, we offer a function in the training area that will make sharing courses with the members of your board a lot easier.

  • Click on the 'K' icon on your washing line:

Once you have GovernorHub Knowledge opened, you'll have access to an immense number of articles, and our training tab.

  • The training tab is located under the search bar at the top of the page as the image shows:

After clicking on training, you'll be redirected to a page with all of the GovernorHub Knowledge training courses.

  • Scroll down the page and pick the training course that best fits the interests and necessities of your board:

Once you've selected your course of interest, a new page will appear giving you the summary of the course, length, and the side menu.

  • In the side menu, you'll have a few options such as print, save for later, share with colleagues, share on GovernorHub and rate this course. In this case, we'll be focusing on the fourth option:

Once you've clicked on 'Share on GovernorHub', you'll be taken to GovernorHub and a pop-up will be available for you.

  • In this pop-up, you'll be able to make changes to the default share message and you'll also be able to choose which boards or groups will receive your post:

After you've chosen the board(s) that will receive your message, you'll have the option to share.

  • This will trigger a little message at the top of your screen confirming the details of your post and the board(s) selected:

After that's done, you'll be brought back to your main news page.

  • To check the post on the noticeboard, select the school(s) you chose in the previous steps on your washing line.

Your post will be at the top of the Noticeboard as the most recent activity.
