You can easily save links to your video meetings directly in the GovernorHub calendar to keep your board organized and ensure everyone has access to the meeting details when they need them.

How It Works:

  • Add Full Meeting Links:
Make sure to include the full link (including https://) when adding a video meeting link to your calendar. This ensures it’s recognized correctly and clickable for everyone.

  • Video Meeting Links for Popular Platforms:
Whether you're using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, a "Join video meeting" link will automatically appear in the calendar event, making it easy for members to join with just one click from the news page after they log in.

  • Where You'll See the Meeting Details:
The event details, including the video meeting link, will appear:

    • In any subscribed calendars.

    • On the Upcoming Events section of the news page when you first log in.

Tips for Using the Calendar:

  • Subscribing to Your Board’s Calendar:
If you haven’t already, make sure you subscribe to your board’s calendar to stay up-to-date with meetings and events. Here's how to subscribe.

  • Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams:
For all of these platforms, the "Join video meeting" link will be available, allowing for seamless access to the meeting directly from the GovernorHub news page.
