Make sure to include the full link (includinghttps://) when adding a video meeting link to your calendar. This ensures it’s recognized correctly and clickable for everyone.
Video Meeting Links for Popular Platforms:
Whether you're using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, a "Join video meeting" link will automatically appear in the calendar event, making it easy for members to join with just one click from the news page after they log in.Where You'll See the Meeting Details:
