Under the FAQs section of your trust resources or service area, you can add answers to frequently asked questions, meaning your governors can easily find the help they need.
FAQs are categorised into topics. To create a new topic, click on the New FAQ topic button.
In the new window, give the topic a name and click Add and it will be added to the list.
To add a new question under that topic, find the topic and click on the Add a new question button.
Write the question and the answer and click Save.
To edit or delete a question, use the Pencil icon or the X icon to the right of the question.
To edit a topic or delete it altogether (including all questions in the topic), use the same icons to the right of the topic heading itself.
