In the Resources section of your trust resources or service area, you can upload documents, forms and policies that can be viewed and downloaded by all of your governors who have access to this shared area.

Governors will only be able to view or download the materials you upload here.

Anyone who is in your Trust or Service admin group on GovernorHub will be able to upload files and create folders in the resources section.
