Why can't I access GovernorHub Knowledge?

Common troubleshooting tips if you are having issues accessing GovernorHub Knowledge

If your board has a subscription for GovernorHub Knowledge then you should be able to access it seamlessly from the sidebar from within GovernorHub (see pic)

If you don't have the Knowledge option in the sidebar and you think your board has a subscription then please contact support@governorhub.com

It might be that you click on the Knowledge icon and get the screen below:

If you see this message it might be that you need to take some action.

  1. Firstly check that you are accessing via GovernorHub and not attempting to login to The Key site.

  2. Clear cookies on your browser by following these steps:

    Go to https://kauth.thekeysupport.com/auth/logout to log out of The Key completely

    Clear any cookies which may be affecting your login: http://my.thekeysupport.com/clearcookies

    Sign back in to GovernorHub

    Then click on the icon for Knowledge in your side-menu, on the left side of the screen

  3. If that does not work please try logging into GovernorHub from a different browser or in Incognito mode to test if it is a browser issue.

If after trying all of these steps, you still cannot access please contact the support team via support@governorhub.com. If you let us know that you have followed the steps above we can look into this in more detail for you.
