If you are a member of multiple boards it can be difficult to keep track of who has access to GovernorHub Knowledge. To make life simpler, we've added a few little changes that will make it much easier to tell.
On an individual board
If you are working within a particular board, if you can see 'GovernorHub Knowledge' in the School Information area - this means the board has a live subscription - you can click on this link to go to GovernorHub Knowledge if you want to
My Groups
If you want to compare across all your boards, go to the My Groups icon on the washing line.
Boards that have a live GovernorHub Knowledge subscription will have a little blue K on their icon.
Profile area
In your profile area, you will see the boards and groups you are a member of under your profile picture. Any boards that have a live Knowledge subscription will have the K in their icon too.
Sharing articles
When choosing which boards to share a Knowledge article to, any boards that have a Knowledge subscription will have a K in their icon
