Managing multiple boards can be tricky, but we’ve made a few updates to help you keep track of which boards have access to GovernorHub Knowledge.
On an Individual Board
🔹 Look for "GovernorHub Knowledge" in the School Information section.
✅ If you see this, it means the board has an active subscription.
🔹 Click the link to access GovernorHub Knowledge directly from your board.
My Groups
🔹 To compare across all your boards:
1️⃣ Go to the My Groups icon on the sidebar.
2️⃣ Active Knowledge subscriptions will be marked with a blue K on the board’s icon.
Profile Area
🔹 In your profile area, you can see all boards and groups you’re part of under your profile picture.
✅ Boards with an active Knowledge subscription will have the K in their icon.
Sharing Articles
🔹 When sharing a Knowledge article, boards with a subscription will have a K icon on their board.
