The task of moving over to a new system can be quite daunting so we've set up a process to make this as painless as possible! It might be that you are moving from one platform to GovernorHub or it might be that you are starting completely from scratch. Either way, there are two options when getting all of your governors set up on GovernorHub.

Manually Importing

If you are a small trust or you are starting completely from scratch you might like to add users yourself - this helps you get familiar with how adding users works in GovernorHub and how to get details set up such as the constitution and adding terms of office etc.

Adding users manually automatically triggers and invitation email to them at the point of adding but if you like we can switch this off temporarily so that you can get everything set up before you start giving access to governors and trustees. We can then identify a date when you would like the registration emails to be sent out.

Importing using our import spreadsheet

You can use our import spreadsheet to import your existing details onto the system and we can bulk upload it to GovernorHub. At a minimum this needs to be details of names, emails of each user and the URN of their board. However, we can also upload addresses, constitution details, meeting dates, terms of office and training records.

The import usually takes around two weeks to complete and we can then identify a date for when you would like registration emails to go out.

As part of the onboarding process we will identify which method you would like to choose for this set up and support you through whichever route you choose. Contact support@governorhub.com if you need a copy of the import spreadsheet.
