How to Access the 'Admin Site'

The GovernorHub Admin site is a supplementary site available for Trusts, Local Authorities, Governor Services and Clerking Services. The site is not available for standalone school accounts.

To get to the GovernorHub Admin site, simply sign in to GovernorHub in the usual way, then open a new window in your browser and head to admin.governorhub.com

Use the menu options on the left to navigate the sections of the site:

Finding Information

Use the search boxes in the top bar to quickly locate governors and governing boards that are linked to your trust or service:

If you're in more than one trust or service, you can click on the drop-down menu at the top-right to switch between them:

Overview

On the main 'Home page' an overview is available so you can quickly see how many governors and groups are in your trust or service:

The links on the right-hand side will open up your service pages on GovernorHub with one click:

Also check that the contact details for your trust or service are correct. Contact our helpdesk to update these if needed, on support@governorhub.com

We use these details in training emails so let us know if they need changing!

Recent Changes

Similar to the 'Membership Changes' reports available on each school account, you can see a list of the recent changes across ALL accounts linked to your trust or service.

Click on any of the changes to see further detail listed below about who made the change:

Standard Reports

In this section, we provide some reports that apply across your trust or service.

Governing Boards:

Use this to get an overview of ALL your linked accounts, and their subscription level details.

Vacancies:

This report provides details of any vacancies across your accounts. Please note that the Constitution pages on each account will need to be completed, for this data to be accurate.

Diversity Report:

If sufficient diversity data has been voluntarily included by members across your accounts, an anonymised summary report will be available here. If the report is blank, this indicates that there is insufficient data to generate a report.

All Users

Here you can find details of all users, across all your accounts. This is often a large file, so may take longer to download.

Users Added:

These reports show you recent additions to your accounts.

Internal Tags

It is possible to create 'tags' for internal use on the admin site. You can find more details on this here:
