Anyone can delete their own posts on the Noticeboard, but Admins have the extra power to delete other people's posts and comments as well as their own. To delete a post, simply click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner, and a delete option will appear.

To delete a Noticeboard comment, again - click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner and a delete option will appear.
