You can add webinar link details to a training session on GovernorHub.
The link will go out in confirmation and reminder emails and will also be visible in the training session details.
Note: The webinar link is only visible to delegates who have booked a place for the session.
Before people book a place for the session, the webinar link is not visible:
Once they have booked a place, the webinar details become available:
As well as seeing details in the governor services/MAT training area - governors will see the webinar details if they go to the training tab on their profile page, with a one-click link through to the meeting (for a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet event):
For anyone booked on, a '🎥 Join Webinar' link will also appear in Your upcoming events on the news page:
