How to create a video link for your training and manage access.

You can add video or webinar link details to a training session on GovernorHub, for your governors to access online.

Set up your meeting in your chosen platform (Zoom, Google Meets, Teams etc) and copy the meeting link from that program. You can then paste the link directly into your GovernorHub training session.

The video link will go out to governors in booking confirmation and reminder emails and will also be visible in the training session details.

For anyone booked on, a 'πŸŽ₯ Video Link' icon will also appear in the upcoming events on their news page:
