Designing your set up
Each trust will have a dedicated Success Manager who will reach out to you at the start. To help us tailor your setup to your exact needs, please share a few key details about your governance structure and access preferences during the set up process.
Governance model and permissions: Let us know how your boards are structured and who should have access to different areas of the site.
Custom terminology: If you use a name other than "governing board" (such as Local Governing Body or Academy Committee), you can update this by following the steps here
We'll handle the setup to ensure your local boards and committees are configured seamlessly.
Importing your governors

Getting your constitution right from the start
It's important to get your constitutions set up from the outset across the whole trust and this needs to be done on a board by board basis. It can be done through the import but if you are doing this manually, please see this article here.

Setting your governors up for success starts with a smooth introduction. A quick, friendly head-start gives busy volunteers the confidence to dive straight in and make an impact.
You can help your governors to prepare by communicating effectively about the change.
Let them know the date they will receive their registration emails so they know to look out for it.
