➡️ On a Windows computer

Press the PrtScn button (this might say Print Screen, Prnt Scrn or similar) which is normally located at the upper right of your keyboard.

This captures the entire screen and copies it to the (invisible) clipboard.

Note: On some computers you might need to hold Fn and press PrtScn.

You can then paste the captured screenshot into an email or even a Word document to send to us.

➡️ On a Mac computer

Press cmd + shift + 3 together. This captures the entire screen and saves it as a file on your desktop. The file name will look like “Screenshot 2020-02-24 at 08.45.00.png”.

You can then attach the photo to an email or send it to us in a chat conversation on the website.

➡️ On an iPhone or iPad

-- If your device has a Home button:

Press the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button (sometimes referred to as the Lock button) at the same time. The screen flashes white and your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo.

You can then attach the photo to an email or send it to us in a chat conversation on the website.

-- If your device doesn't have Home button:

Press the Volume Up button and the Sleep/Wake button (sometimes referred to as the Lock button) at the same time. The screen flashes white and your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo.

You can then attach the photo to an email or send it to us in a chat conversation on the website.

➡️ On an Android device

-- If your device has a Home button:

Hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button (sometimes referred to as the Lock button) at the same time for 1-2 seconds. The screen flashes white and your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo.

You can then attach the photo to an email or send it to us in a chat conversation on the website.

-- If your device doesn't have Home button:

Press the Volume Down button and the Sleep/Wake button (sometimes referred to as the Lock button) at the same time for 1-2 seconds. The screen flashes white and your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo.
