GovernorHub is a tool created by governors for governors - and we want our users to be active partners, instrumental in shaping GovernorHub to be the best it can be at supporting governance.

We regularly host webinars to give our customers the heads up about upcoming product and feature updates. We also use these webinars as a chance to take feedback from our users about how they would like GovernorHub to evolve.

In the summer we host a clerks and a MAT admins conference where we discuss current issues in governance and invite speakers to talk to our delegates about a range of issues. We pride ourselves on nurturing excellent relationships with our users and these events are great for getting face to face with you all!

At GovernorHub we set up regular surveys and use NPS (Net Promoter Score) to determine how engaged our users are). We also have various feature testing groups which we use to test out or upcoming features with real users to get dynamic feedback.

When a new feature is released we send out engagement emails and you will also notice that you get a virtual tour which pops up when you login!
