How can I book training through GovernorHub?

On your sidebar, click the icon for your local governor services or multi-academy trust resources area (e.g., Wild Woods Governor Services, or Resources for Birds Academy Trust).

Select the Training Tab: Click on the Training tab, which will take you directly to the training booking page.

(Note: If you don’t see a training tab, it might mean your board hasn’t signed up for the training part of the subscription package. Contact your local governor services team for assistance, or ask our support team to confirm.)

Search by Title or Category: Use the search bar to type in the course title or category (e.g., safeguarding).

Filter by Date: Use the Jump to date feature to filter courses and only show those available after your chosen date.

Available Sessions: Scroll to the bottom of the page to find a list of available sessions, including both face-to-face and online courses.

Access Your Booked Courses: Under the search bar, there’s an option to 'View training you have booked'. This will take you to the training section of your personal profile page.

Select and Book: Once you’ve found the course you want, click 'Book a place'.

Access Future Bookings: Under your Training tab, click on the course title you want to cancel.

Request Cancellation: From the course page, click Request a cancellation, and a message will be sent to the course organizer who will reach out to you to confirm.

Training Record: Only courses booked and completed through GovernorHub will appear in your training record with certificates.
