To mark governors' attendance for a training session, in the Delegates section use the checkboxes next to each governor's name to indicate they have attended the session.
If they are marked as having attended, their training record will automatically be updated.
Emailing attendees
To email all governors that have been marked as attending this course, choose the 'Email attendees only' option beneath the Email button.
Clicking this option will create a draft email that opens in the default email program listed on your computer, with all the delegates' email addresses contained in the BCC field.
