How to use the GovernorHub database site to search for governors and see their details.

To search for a governor, click on Governors in the left-hand menu. Type the name of the governor into the search bar and click on them in the search results to see their details.

You can see the governor's email address, postal address and phone number, and click on any of the buttons next to these to copy them:

You can also see and manage the governor's tags here:

Use the Actions button to send the governor an email or a password reminder, the View button to see the governor on GovernorHub, or click on the Details button to see more information about them:

On the governor's information page, you can see what groups they are a member of, and you can see their committees by clicking on the drop-down arrow:

If you're a member of the training group for your service, you can see the governor's past and future training bookings on this page:

You can also see any recent changes for the governor, and by clicking on a change you can see more information such as who made the change. Or you can use the text box to add a note to the governor:

(Notes are only visible to members of the service group)
