You can subscribe to a read-only copy of your Board's calendar directly in your favourite calendar application.

Often just clicking on the 'Subscribe' button on the calendar page will import the calendar into your default calendar application, however if that doesn't work or you want to import it into a different application here are some instructions on doing so.

  • First of all you will want to copy the web address of the calendar subscription. You can do that by clicking in the box to the left of the Subscribe button and pressing Ctrl + C (or Cmd + C on a mac), or right-clicking on the box and clicking Copy.
  • Now you have a copy of the subscription address that you can import into whichever application you want. We've included some instructions for popular calendar apps below.

Mac Calendar

To add a calendar, follow these steps:

  1. In Calendar, choose File > New Calendar Subscription
  2. Paste in the address you have copied
  3. Enter a name for the calendar
  4. Click the OK button

iPad & iPhone

To add a calendar using its address, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then tap Add Account
  2. Tap Other, then tap Add Subscribed Calendar
  3. Paste in the address you have copied

Microsoft Outlook

To add a calendar, follow these steps

  1. Click the 'Subscribe' buttonYou might be prompted to acknowledge that you are opening a hyperlink. You should click Yes only if you know and trust the validity of the linked calendar
  2. At the prompt, Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates, click YesThe Internet Calendar opens in side-by-side view in the Outlook Calendar and is added to the Navigation Pane in Calendar view under Other Calendars. The calendar will check periodically for any updates made by the calendar publisher

Google Calendar

To add a calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Click the down-arrow next to Other calendars
  2. Select Add by URL from the menu
  3. Paste in the address you have copied to the field provided
  4. Click the Add Calendar button. The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left
